Job Description:

The Branch Officer acts as the main operation coordinator and administrator in the assigned branch. He/she plans, implements, and evaluates chamber activities in the area. He/she is at the forefront of giving quality service to members, clients, and partners.

Job type: Full-time

Reports to:Mr. Florian Gottein – Executive Director

Qualifications:

1. A graduate of public relations, business management or any other relevant area of study
2. Preferably with at least one (1) year of working experience in a similar position
3. Living within Davao City and willing to work both online and face to face
4. Self-starter. Should be sufficiently motivated to initiate strategies and carry-out the job responsibilities
5. Solution-oriented and should possess strong customer service skills and people orientation
6. Actively seeks new ways of working to improve efficiency and productivity
7. With experience in member acquisition and event management is preferred
8. Must have working knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, Spreadsheet, & CRM Platforms

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Membership

• Recruitment of new members
• Assist member companies and clients through email or telephone
• Maintain and develop existing business partnerships with LGU’s, potential member companies, and European consular offices in Davao
• Maintain current members of the Chamber by formulating membership retention activities
• Represent ECCP in social and networking events

2. Events Management

• Organize quarterly Membership Meetings
• Organize Sector Advocacy Events
• Take part in organizing Joint Foreign Chamber annual event: Southern Mindanao Industrial Tour

3. Publications

• Write articles/press releases/circulars for use in ECCP website and publications

4. Administrative

• Coordinate closely with ECCP main office in Manila
• Inventory and requisition of supplies

5. Project Management

• Support the implementation of the EU funded BARMM CRESCENT Project
