PSEi down on Omicron fears

Philippine shares opened the trading week in the red as worries on the Omicron variant slumped the sentiment. The benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) dropped 0.82 percent or 60.05 points to 7,237.61, while the wider All Shares lost 0.6 percent or 23.21 points to close at 3,828.38 on Monday, December 20.
