We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join our Cebu team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, interpersonal excellence, and administrative proficiency to support the Chamber's objectives in membership growth, event management, and stakeholder relations.

Process Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying and implementing new methods to enhance workplace efficiency and productivity.
Education & Professional Experience:
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Public Relations, or a related field is required.
Experience: While exceptional fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preference will be given to candidates with one to two years of demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:
Member acquisition and sales
End-to-end event management, including promotion and post-event reporting
Business development and partnership management
Database and data management
Skills & Proficiencies:
Technical Skills: Full proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, MS Office, and Google Suite is essential.
Communication: Excellent written communication skills for crafting articles, press releases, and member circulars.
Digital Marketing: Competency in using social media platforms and creating promotional materials (e.g., flyers, e-circulars) for event promotion and member engagement.
Work Arrangement: The candidate must be willing to work in Cebu City, with the flexibility for a hybrid arrangement of remote and in-person work as required.
