Coffee Mornings / Learning Sessions

The ECCP, through its Young Professionals Committee, is pleased to organize the first session of its Mentorship Series entitled Advocating Mentorship to Accelerate Your Career. Over a cup of coffee and pastries, the event will provide a physical platform for young professionals to get up close with mentors and mentees and get to learn their journey as professionals as well as how mentorship has helped shape who they are today.

This session will feature Mr. Georg Platzer of IKEA who will be sharing best practices and his personal experience as a mentor and mentee. Before the event proper, we will be having a member-exclusive IKEA tour for a limited number of attendees to see the ins and outs of their business process.

Important reminders:

  • Food and drinks are available for attendees joining the event.
  • In compliance with health and safety protocols, slots for the event proper will be limited to 50 fully vaccinated participants only. Attendees will be required to present proof of vaccination (such as a Vax Certificate or Vaccination Card) and an accomplished health declaration form in order to enter the venue.
  • The exclusive IKEA tour is open to ECCP members only on a first come, first served basis. Only one (1) representative per ECCP member company may join the tour.
  • Schedule may be subject to change in accordance with community quarantine protocols closer/at the time of the event.
