Gemini & Claude in Action: AI-Powered Productivity for Modern Professionals
Gemini & Claude in Action is a one-day practical AI course divided into two focused half-day segments. The morning session covers Gemini from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN, focusing on practical productivity, research support, information organization, and everyday professional use cases. The afternoon session covers Claude from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, focusing on long-form writing, document review, structured analysis, planning, and professional communication. This structure gives participants a realistic and manageable way to understand both tools without overcrowding the learning experience.
Course Objectives:
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
• Understand the practical strengths and ideal use cases of Gemini and Claude.
• Use Gemini for research support, productivity tasks, information organization, and quick workplace outputs.
• Use Claude for long-form writing, document review, structured thinking, planning, and analysis.
• Compare outputs from Gemini and Claude and select the more appropriate tool depending on the task.
• Develop a simple multi-tool AI workflow for modern professional productivity.
Gemini segment objectives, 9:00 AM - 12:00 NN:
• Use Gemini to explore topics, generate ideas, summarize information, and support quick productivity tasks.
• Create practical prompts for research, content planning, and workplace assistance using Gemini.
Claude segment objectives, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM:
• Use Claude to review longer content, improve professional writing, structure recommendations, and support analysis.
• Apply Claude in practical scenarios such as report drafting, document refinement, planning, and decision-support workflows.

Module 1: Morning Segment: Gemini Foundations and Practical Productivity
• 9:00 AM - 9:20 AM: Course opening, AI productivity framing, and overview of the Gemini segment
• 9:20 AM - 10:00 AM: Gemini fundamentals, interface orientation, prompt basics, and best- use scenarios
• 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM: Gemini for research, content planning, summarization, and workplace productivity
• 11:15 AM - 12:00 NN: Hands-on Gemini exercises using real business scenarios and guided prompt practice

Lunch Break
• 12:00 NN - 1:00 PM: Lunch break and transition from Gemini to Claude
Module 3: Afternoon Segment: Claude for Writing, Documents, and Analysis
• 1:00 PM - 1:20 PM: Claude introduction, practical strengths, and ideal use cases
• 1:20 PM - 2:15 PM: Claude for long-form writing, document review, and structured professional communication
• 2:15 PM - 3:30 PM: Claude for analysis, planning, policy/procedure drafts, and decision- support outputs
• 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Comparative workshop using Gemini and Claude on the same business task
• 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Output review, responsible AI reminders, workflow design, and participant action planning
