Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, sell, and close event management contracts and sponsorship deals;
- Prepares event budget and profit-and-loss projections;
- Oversee events calendar and monitors/manages line-up of ECCP events (main and regional offices);
- Create, maintain and update a database of potential leads for sponsors and delegates;
- Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with partners, vendors, and clients (e.g., ECCP members and non-members);
- Coordinating with the supplier, clients, partners, and the ECCP team on the event administrative, marketing, and logistical needs;
- Prepare invitation letters and marketing materials;
- Supports logistics and venue needs for high-level meetings (e.g., JFC internal meeting; Ambassadors’ Meeting); and
- Prepares post-event sponsorship and financial reports for the events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in public relations, business management, or any other relevant area of study.
- At least 5 years of experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment, including managing budgets and expense tracking is an advantage.
- Organizational, communication, negotiation, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure without losing a customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work in tight time constraints.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
