Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. held another round of its Kuryentalks with the members of the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP) and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines on September 7 at the Davao Light Admin Building in C. Bangoy Sr. Street, Davao City.

Kuryentalks is a word play for kuryente, or electricity, and talk, which means a briefing about electricity and the power industry.

Davao Light EVP and COO Engr. Rodger S. Velasco talked about the current power situation within the Davao Light franchise and the factors affecting the electricity bill. He also gave tips on electrical safety and on how to conserve energy at home.

Present also during the event is ECCP President Guenter Taus who presented ECCP’s involvement in the energy sector.

Davao Light will continue to provide its stakeholders and partners important information and updates about the company.
