ECCP at Work
Members of the ECCP Food and Beverage Committees met with officials from the Bureau of Internal Revenue last 12 December to discuss the proposed excise taxes on alcoholic beverages; ad valorem vs. specific tax; and the basis for Net Retail Price (NRP). The Committee looks forward to working closely with BIR in the drafting of the relevant Revenue Regulations.
