The ECCP and its Real Estate Committee concluded a webinar with legal professionals to brief attendees on the recently issued implementing rules of the Real Estate Investment Trust Law as well main considerations, including taxation, for individuals and businesses wishing to participate in the new investment vehicle. In addition, the participants also received a presentation on the latest issuances of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development designed to help the industry recover from the ongoing pandemic.
