In coordination with ECCP, the ASEAN Secretariat is undertaking a survey on the ATIGA ROO to help gain a better understanding of the private sector’s views on the specific industries with low ATIGA utilization. As the voice of the European-Philippine business community, the Chamber invites its members to take part in this questionnaire that aims to assess the stringency of ATIGA Rules of Origin, particularly the product-specific rules (PSRs), and understand how the cost and burden of applying for paper-based/electronic Certificates of Origin (COs) Form D or making use of the ASEAN-wide Self-Certification (AWSC) Scheme affect the private sector’s utilization of ATIGA.

To participate in the survey, please fill in the form accessible to this link: https://bit.ly/3zNT01T
