Makati City, Philippines — The European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines will hold the 2026 Future of Work Forum on 6 August 2026 at Dusit Thani Manila. Themed "People, Policy, and Progress: Advancing Workforce Excellence in the Era of Artificial Intelligence,” this year's forum will explore how AI, leadership transformation, workforce policies, and talent development intersect to shape the next chapter of work in the Philippines.
Through strategic discussions and collaborative dialogue, the event aims to promote stronger public–private partnerships, strengthen responsive workforce policies, and champion innovations in leadership and talent development—ultimately fostering a future-ready, inclusive, and resilient Filipino workforce.
Bringing together leaders from across industry, the 2026 Future of Work Forum will also feature insights from Dr. Marco Gemmer, Head of Cooperation at the Delegation of the European Union in the Philippines; Mr. Christophe Bahuet, Country Representative at United Nations Development Programme (UNDP); Mr. Khalid Hassan, Country Director of International Labour Organization; DDG Galo B. Glino III, Deputy Director General of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA); Atty. Hernan G.
