Women have rewritten their roles in society numerous times in history. However, challenges persist in workplaces to this day.

The ECCP Women in Business Committee is committed to be part of the solution, by providing a safe, and friendly avenue for women to articulate challenges and opportunities, and learn from various mentors, and each other's experiences.

"Leading in 2022 and Beyond" happening on 30 March 2022, 10:00 – 11:30AM, via Zoom, is third of a continuing series of enabling programs that establish our steadfast vision of personal, and team growth for all women in business.
