Coffee is such a fixture of Swedish culture that they have a word for the quintessential coffee break: fika. It's practiced everywhere in Sweden—from household kitchens to cafés to corporate boardrooms. But more than just drinking coffee and eating snacks, it is also one's way of taking a breather after or during a day's work, catching up with friends and colleagues, and getting back on track. Studies have shown that those who embed fika in their businesses will more likely have productive employees and better relationships.

In this context, the ECCP Young Professionals Committee (YPC) is pleased to organize the first of its 2022 FIKA Series with the theme "Conversations with CEOs Under 30". Over a cup of coffee and pastries, the event will provide a physical and virtual platform for young professionals to get up close with CEOs under their 30s to learn and exchange experiences on how to grow professionally, gain insights and strategies on their field of expertise and knowledge, and explore networks with other professionals.

• Food and drinks are available for attendees joining physically.
• In compliance with health and safety protocols, slots for physical attendance will be limited to 40 fully vaccinated participants only.
