
Loss Control Management Workshop
Loss Control Management (LCM), aside from being an advanced OSH course, is a deliberate intention of the management to control losses by managing pure or non-speculative risks to improve the organization's performance, therefore, its bottom line. It is designed for the participants to understand the avoidable costs of accidents and illnesses and their undesirable effects on the profitability of the business.
The ECCP Competency Hub, in partnership with J3 Trainers and Consultants, Inc., is conducting a forty (40)-hour e-learning session called the Loss Control Management Workshop on August 19-21 & 26-27, 2022 from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (GMT +8). This workshop will be facilitated by ECCP Member J3 Trainers and Consultants, Inc.'s in-house consultants and trainers. This workshop aims to (1) identify core elements of the LCM Program, (2) enumerate the requirements of LCM Program, (3) develop, implement and evaluate a LCM Program and (4) enumerate the importance and benefits of the LCM Program.
