The European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines - Iloilo, together with Bureau Veritas Philippines, will be hosting a two-day training entitled, "Food Fraud & Food Defense: Useful Guide on How to Assure Food Authenticity and Safety", which focuses on deepening the understanding on food systems and management in commercial industries through an in-depth discussion of food fraud and food defense.

The ECCP recognizes the utmost importance of having a deep understanding of the in and out of food safety management systems in various industries through raising awareness about food fraud and strengthening food defense measures. The event primarily aims to benefit food safety team players who are involved with food fraud mitigation and implementation of food defense in their respective organizations, with the intention to strengthen food safety, security, and sustainability processes.
