Phividec Industrial Estate: Your Investment Destination in Mindanao

Virtual Events

In Mindanao, Misamis Oriental is home to different large multinational firms that have been operating for decades. The Phividec Industrial Estate, the country's largest industrial estate for light industries and the first industrial area is based in Misamis Oriental. The Phividec Industrial Authority manages and is in charge of one of the Philippines' major industrial estates, the Phividec Industrial Estates. Phividec-IA is owned and controlled by the Government of the Philippines. Phividec-IA's aim is to identify and develop Phividec Industrial Estate in Misamis Oriental as well as potential industrial areas across the country. Phividec-IA operates, administers, and manages attractive business locations in close collaboration with local governments and communities in ways that preserve and enhance the well-being of its stakeholders, particularly veterans, and retirees of the Philippine Armed Forces, and to keep the organization at the cutting edge of technological developments and management best practices.

ECCP being the platform for its members like Phividec-IA to reach out to potential investors, the chamber is organizing a virtual forum in partnership with the estate entitled "Phividec Industrial Estate: Your Investment Destination in Mindanao" on 10 November 2023 from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (+GMT), considering the time zones of our participants from Europe and other continents as well, hence the time.

The forum specifically aims to:

  • Promote investment and business opportunities of Phividec-IA to the ECCP community and the European state;
  • Encourage business dialogues leading to business partnerships and collaborations for business here in Misamis Oriental;
  • Business locators within the industrial estate to share and highlight their best practices and the impacts of being located within the industrial estate of Phividec-IA.
