This two-day workshop will enable the learners to fully understand the different competency models and the processes that impact their own organization. The learners will learn to use the DCCJ model that will help them customize the competency framework in their organizations; an important concept in competency leveling will be taught. The case study approach will be used to explain how it is applied in real life situation.
