The Embracing Generational Diversity in the Workplace program is designed to help participants understand, appreciate, and leverage the unique strengths and perspectives of a multigenerational workforce. By integrating generational diversity, organizations can enhance team collaboration and overall performance.

For the past 19 years, Jen has been developing front-liners and senior leaders in the Philippines, Singapore, Shanghai, Malaysia, and The United States. She is the President of Spiderhook Learning, Chief Learning Officer of Spiderhook Inc., and Spiderhook Academy Director.

Being focused on creating emotionally intelligent, and agile teams, Jen has partnered with organizations to establish, and enhance their learning academies, remote work culture, branded customer experience, emotional intelligence, resilience, strategic selling, disciplines of execution, coaching, and professional image.

To date, she has developed over 69,000 individuals across industries that include: advertising, airline, automotive, banking, business process outsourcing, electronics, financial services, food and beverage, government agencies, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, maritime industry, jewelry, pharmaceuticals, private universities, real estate, retail, telecommunications, logistics, tobacco, and manufacturing.

Currently, she serves as the co-chair of the Women in Business Committee of the European Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines and the Association of Image Consultants International, Philippine Chapter’s Treasurer. She is also a member of North American Simulation and Gaming Association and SheDares. Jen is a faculty of Tantoco Graduate School of Business in Jose Rizal University, Masters in Entrepreneurship, GCash Fintech University, Globe University, DMCI Leadership Academy, and European Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines.

Her certifications and training include Adversity Quotient, by Dr. Paul Stoltz, Learning design, e-learning, and Learning Evaluation at Ateneo de Manila Center for Organization Research and Development. Jay is highly experienced in human resources, specifically in learning and development. Being a professional with comprehensive skills in organizational development, he has been working in the industry for over 20 years. Jay firmly believes in the significance, and impact of emotional intelligence,
adversity quotient, and grit in our journey to success. He espouses the belief that self-awareness and self-leadership is key to one’s complete development. He is a member of faculty of Globe University, GCash Fintech University, DMCI Academy, and European Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines in his capacity as a consultant. He is also an Executive Coach and consultant for U.S.-based companies. Jay is currently President of SpiderShield Asset Protection, Executive Director of Spiderhook Learning, and Executive Director of Spiderhook Academy.
