Burnout is one of those road hazards in life that we really should keep a close eye out for, but sadly, we rarely see it coming. While burnout isn't a diagnosable psychological disorder, that doesn't mean it shouldn't be taken seriously.
To raise awareness and in celebration of World Mental Health Month, the ECCP Competency Hub, in partnership with MindNation, brings you a virtual session entitled "Avoiding Burnout in the Workplace" on 30 October 2024 from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM via Zoom (GMT+8).
This session aims to delve into the concept of burnout, explore its root causes and provide practical, research-based strategies to prevent its onset. Additionally, it will focus on both individual and organizational approaches to fostering well-being, ensuring that participants gain insights to create a healthier and more productive workplace.
At the end of the session, participants are expected to hone different skills
