Objectives
By the end of the program, participants will be able to explain the evolution of sustainability reporting and the importance of IFRS S1 and S2 in today's regulatory and business environment. They will understand the core disclosure requirements of IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, including sustainability-related and climate-related risks and opportunities.
Participants will also gain insight into the Philippine SEC's direction on sustainability disclosures and assess their organization's readiness for compliance. The program will highlight the implications of these standards for boards, management, and finance functions. Finally, participants will identify practical next steps toward effective implementation, compliance, and long-term value creation.
