Leaders need to be able to communicate with their teams if they want to achieve better results.

Stories are very influential tools leaders can use in business, as it changes how people think, act and feel. They can be used to spread messages, help make ideas more memorable and impactful and it is often used to persuade and motivate others.

Objective

At the end of the two-day session, the learners will be able to apply storytelling techniques in inspiring, engaging and influencing others.
