Forums & Summits

We are pleased to invite you to a forum on Integrity Circles on November 21, 2011, Monday, 2PM to 5PM at the AIM Conference Center, Benavidez St., Legaspi Village, Makati City. Registration starts at 1:30PM.

The resource person is Dr. Antonio Roldan, Chairman Advisory Council of Transparency International Philippines who also heads an HR consultancy firm. He introduced 'Integrity Circles' in the Philippines, modelled after Quality Circles, as an effective tool to get employees in companies that subscribe to integrity more involved and committed to their companies' values. He has written an ebook on Organizing Integrity Circles: A Manual for Transformational Leaders.

Among his recent projects are the design of the Values Transformation Program for DPWH and the PCGG's MRP Team Building for Good Governance. Dr. Roldan believes that unless companies' integrity policies and Codes of Conduct are fully understood and appreciated by managers and employees, there's no guarantee that unethical practices will be eradicated in organizations.

This forum is the second of a series of talks, seminars, and workshops to continuously educate officers and staff of companies-signatories in the field of ethics, integrity, compliance, and good governance.
