This Coffee Morning session will tackle the government's infrastructure and decentralization push and its impact on Philippine property landscape. The ECCP together with Colliers will tackle how developers respond to the rise of office space demand outside Metro Manila, as well as how national players cash in on the growing appetite of condominiums in Visayas and Mindanao. They will also present an interesting overview on the rise of e-commerce and how this affects the sustainability of provincial malls. This session will also discuss what is in it for the Philippine property beyond the Duterte administration.
