The European Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (ECCP), in partnership with Kittelson & Carpo Consulting, brings you “Coffee Morning: Foreign Corporations and the RevisedCorporationCode” on 31 March 2020 at KMC Net Quad, BGC from 9:00am to 11:00am, a learning session that seeks to discuss the major amendments from the Revised Corporation Code (RCC) and its impact to foreigncorporations doing business in the Philippines.
Atty. Amanda Carpo, President and Head Legal Counsel of Kittelson & Carpo Consulting, will present a simplified version of the salient features of the RCC — from amendments to the equity requirements to the introduction of electronic meetings and independent directors — to help foreigncorporations understand how the new law will affect their operations in the Philippines.
