The past few months, we have witnessed the COVID-19 outbreak exponentially growing into an international health crisis. This pandemic has caused rapid changes in the geopolitical, and economic systems of more than 150 countries all over the world.
A consequence of this scenario that might not be easily comprehensible by many is the emotional distress and anxiety it causes people. It is in these times that there should be increased awareness on one’s physical and emotional well being.
In this context, the ECCP Women in Business Committee is organizing a Webinar entitled Health and Stress Management Amidst the COVID-19 Outbreak. Join us as we hear from AC Health and Healthway Medical experts and exchange ideas on better stress and mental health management in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak.
