In addition, with extensive expertise in the industrial and logistics market, he leverages his knowledge in the rapidly evolving supply chain landscape to help companies develop effective change-management strategies.

Morgan helps connect people with property. In more than 8 years of advising BPOs in the Philippines, he has worked with both Fortune 100s and SMEs to find real estate solutions that work for them. Morgan serves as the Senior Director of Occupier Services & Commercial Agency at Santos Knight Frank. He has an MBA from the Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California.

Morgan will analyze the pandemic’s impact on office occupiers in the Philippines and recommend real estate strategies for companies to undertake.

Rick was born in the Philippines (his father is from Zamboanga) and raised in San Marino, California, USA. His education covered UC Berkeley, the London School of Economics, and Oxford University.
