2020 Annual General Membership (Virtual)
Organizations now realize that we are living in a world that is more volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented changes on how we do business. Likewise, it has shown that business challenges are no longer confined to geopolitical shifts, environmental sustainability, but also to other aspects such as health emergencies.
With the government easing down restrictions to jumpstart the economy, businesses are also reevaluating their strategies in order to remain relevant in this rapidly-changing environment. The ECCP is adapting, with you, in these extraordinary circumstances to continue serving its purpose as the voice of the European-Philippine business community.
It is in this light that your Chamber of Choice wants to officially invite you to the 2020 Virtual Annual General Membership (AGM) Meeting that will be held on 17 June 2020 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The AGM will immediately be followed by a forum together with an invited high-level speaker from the Philippine Government at 3:00 PM. More details on this will be shared later on.
We look forward to having you join this gathering as we all work together in embracing the new normal. However, if you are unable or unsure to attend the meeting, please submit a signed Proxy Form to help us ensure a quorum and a successful meeting. We encourage all members to submit their registration or proxy forms on or before Monday, 8 June 2020.
You may send the properly accomplished registration/proxy form via Viber at 09567398824 or by e-mail at agm@eccp.com; while for the nomination form you may send it at nominations@eccp.com.
Your official designated ECCP Primary Representative and/or Alternative Representative will receive complimentary tickets to the AGM. Should they be unavailable to attend, they have to sign and submit a copy of the attached Proxy form below via Viber or to agm@eccp.com.
If your ECCP Primary Representative and/or Alternative Representative will not be able to attend the AGM in person, the attached proxy form should be filled and sent by email to agm@eccp.com. The nominees for the Board of Directors and all relevant documents for the AGM will be submitted at a later stage.
You may opt to send the attached 5-year proxy form valid from 2020 to 2025. We would like to make it very clear that this 5-year proxy cannot be used for voting; voting can only be done by members present at the meeting or represented by a voting proxy for this specific event only.
