Ms. April Marie Dayap is the Officer-in-Charge of the Davao City Investment Promotion Center, the marketing arm of the City Government of Davao mandated to market Davao City as a viable investment hub in the Philippines and in Asia.

She was a former City Councilor for the Second Legislative District of Davao City who advocated for the development of Cooperatives and People's Participation in the City Government, as well as for health and education. Today, her focus is in intensifying the campaigns for investment promotion for the City of Davao. She also apires to strengthen Public-Private Partnership projects for the improvement of infrastructure and economy in Davao City.

Mr. Ricardo Lagdameo is the First Vice President of Damosa Land, Inc. He leads overall strategic direction for all business lines of the real estate group. He is responsible for bringing in several foreign investors into various Damosa Land projects.

Mr. Lagdameo is a former Chief Investment Office of IP Ventures, Inc. Meanwhile, he is a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University, and obtained a Graduate Diploma in Columbia Business School.
