Participants of this course will have a good appreciation and understanding on how Futures Thinking & Corporate Foresight impacts today's organizations. In addition, participants will also learn key Corporate Foresight tools and concepts that will equip them with the vital knowledge and skills to explore a Futures topic relevant to their profession or organization.

Insights that gained from this 3-hour, 3-session course will give leaders to increase their

confidence to lead and innovate in today's era of uncertainty.

Course Objectives:

• Understand Futures Thinking and Strategic Foresight and how it is useful to today's organizations.
• Appreciate the importance of expanding the mind and the scout's mindset, analyze signals and drivers of trends.
• To enable participants to develop future scenarios and conduct scenario planning, and identify other applications in their work or area of interest.
