Every organization has their own team members and leaders to pursue their goals. There will come a time that team members will rise to become part of the leaders and they would have to be prepared for it. Succession planning is the strategy to train the future leaders of the organization. Its efficiency and effectivity will be a great benefit for the members to experience so that their foundation as leaders will be as strong as their organization.

With this, the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines aims to inform ECCP members, human resource practitioners, and organizations about the importance of establishing a succession planning and how will it be practiced within their organization. Successful Succession Planning: What Really Goes Into It? is a webinar that will discuss what is succession planning and its importance. The discussion will also include the tools and techniques used to create succession plans and how to further develop it. The overview of an assessment center and the implementation of succession plans will also be discussed in the webinar. This event will be held on July 30, 2021 from 1:30PM to 3:00PM via Zoom. Our guest speakers for this event are Ms. Jo-Ann Vidal, Chief Learning Officer of Leaderwise Consulting and Ms. Mona Lisa Obcena, Elite Leader Development and Training Manager of FWD. Take part in this event and attain valuable insights on the importance of succession plans.
