- Full payment is required upon booking
- Rates are inclusive of taxes and service charge
- Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable
- An additional fee of ₱3,000 per room/night will be charged during closed-out dates (based on occupancy, no identified specific dates)
- Prior reservation is required
- Resort credit is non-transferable and not convertible to cash and must be consumed during the guests' stay
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts (PWD & Senior) and promotions.
- Hotel terms and conditions and cancellation policy shall apply
