Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, sell, and close event management contracts and sponsorship deals;
- Create, maintain and update database of potential leads for sponsors and delegates;
- Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with partners, vendors, and clients (e.g., ECCP members and non-members);
- Coordinating with the supplier, clients, partners and the ECCP team on the logistical needs;
- Overseeing and addressing the logistic needs of the hybrid and physical events
- Prepare invitation letters and marketing materials;
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in public relations, business management, or any other relevant area of study. This position is open to fresh graduates.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment, including managing budgets and expense tracking is an advantage.
- Organizational, communication, negotiation, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure without losing a customer-service oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle high volume of work in tight time constraints.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
